PhD student at the University of Cologne focusing on land–ocean interactions between the Humboldt Current System and paleoclimatic variability in the Atacama Desert. My main research integrates modern and fossil assemblages of benthic foraminifera to reconstruct coastal upwelling intensity and bottom-water conditions along the continental margin of Northern Chile.
